Participants will leave with free samples of Holbein products! Due to the popularity of this workshop and limited room size, we can accept only 36 registrants.
Andrea Walker, an ambassador for Holbein & Legion brands, will conduct a guided hands-on art materials workshop at our member meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 2025!
In this workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to experiment with and learn about many of the products offered by both Holbein and Legion companies. Andrea will demonstrate watercolor, gouache, acrylic gouache, and watercolor media in this workshop.
The only items you need to bring are your own water container and paper towels. You are welcome to bring your own materials to use in conjunction with the workshop materials. For example, if you have a favorite brush or watercolor paper and want to see how it works with the Holbein materials, by all means bring it. But, it is not necessary. Andrea will provide paints, three types of papers, palette paper, and 4 types of brushes for GCWS members to try.
All participants will go home with free samples!
Silent Auction
A silent auction will be set up at the back of the room during our member meetings. All items for sale have been donated by the Estate of James Warner and are on display for attendees to browse, place bids on, and purchase. At the end of each meeting, the winning bidder for each item will take home the item purchased! All proceeds support the operations of the Greater Cincinnati Watercolor Society.
