We had a beautiful day and a wonderful turnout for our 17th Annual Show, at "The Barn" - Women's Art Center - 6980 Cambridge Avenue in Mariemont, Ohio. There was agreement that our show quality is getting better each year.

All members may enter 1-2 paintings into the show. We then have a juror make selections for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards as well as some honorable mentions.

This year we were pleased to have as our juror, Nita LeLand. Nita also made some "juror mention" awards of her own! No money involved, just recognition of some fine paintings by an expert in the art world

I tried to get each painting photographed - not such an easy task with so many people milling about! (And realized I missed my own painting, and perhaps a few more on either side - will try to get proper photos and update if possible!).

We give one art scholarship each year, selected by the staff at the Cincinnati Art Academy. This year our winner was Clare Flath, who received her scholarship at our August meeting.
