MINUTES - July 10, 2019

Kathy Lang took the podium and announced that our dear president, Pat Lester,  had had an accident and was in the hospital for a few days and will be in rehab to repair a broken hip for an extended time. More news on that coming in the near future. We wish her well.

Kathy will fill in as president until we can welcome Pat back.

Connie Dettmer gave her treasurer’s report.

The August meeting will be held at the Barn in Mariemont on August 7th at 10 o'clock.

Paintings to be hung in our annual show will be dropped off between 9 and 10 a.m. prior to the meeting, and registration payment is due at that time. No paintings will be accepted unless registered by July 10th and paid for at this meeting. The hanging committee will stay after this meeting to set up tables, chairs and hang paintings. Lunch will be provided for the committee.

Marilyn Bishop reported that she submitted articles to several publications and would appreciate members letting her know they were seen and if you could bring in the article, it would be appreciated.

Debbie Cannatella reported there were still openings for the workshop hosted by Chris Krupinski in September. The cost is $275.00 for members for 3 days.
